The Director is responsible for the operation and instructional leadership of the facility. The Director is also responsible for assuring compliance with codes/licensing of all State and local governing contracting agencies; and works collegially with Administration/WACD Board of Directors.

The Classroom Teacher is responsible for the academic, social-emotional growth and development of all children in their care, which may include toddlers and/or preschool age children; develops partnerships with parents/child’s caregiver to engage and encourage parent participation in program.

The I-T Early Head Start Teacher is responsible for the academic, social-emotional growth and development of all infant-toddler Early Head Start children in their care; develops partnerships with parents/child’s caregiver to engage and encourage parent participation in the program.
